Simple Assault/ Family Violence

On 06-05-2017 at approximately 1637 hrs, I was dispatched to 105 E. 4th Avenue for report of a disturbance taking place. Upon arrival, I made contact with 2 complainants, identified as Ashley Saucedo (TX-DL # 23686268), Lois Wilson (TX-DL # 15802552). During my investigation the following events occurred. Ashley advised, her sister Amber had come over to the residence and began to fight with her, by punching her several times while on the floor. She mentioned that her aunt Wilson was able to separate the two by pulling the two apart during the altercation. In the event Ashley mentioned she was struck in the left eye, I could barely see any bruising at the time. Wilson mentioned her right arm was hurting because she was thrown against the wall

I was upset because there was some smack talking about me and my family, I confronted Ashley, by rushing in the house, she attempted to swing at me and I grabbed her hair. Ashley grabbed mine and we both went down to the floor together, my aunt Lois pulled us off of each other and told me to leave, so I did. Perry advised she never struck Ashley with any type of fist, but only grabbed her hair. I immediately noticed discrepancies in all of the statements and asked Perry if she would return to Lois's residence with me. Perry agreed, I spoke with Lois and asked her what had really taken place that day, she advised, Amber came over and the two had gotten into an argument. They both grabbed each others hair and fell to the ground, I was trying to separate them and in the process I injured myself against the wall. ESPN responded swiftly to Simmons’ remarks, handing him a three-week suspension. It is important to note that the prompt asks for an individual manager using his power to influence actions of any employee, but for this example if the entity ESPN is seen as an individual, the example will work. To analyze this, Simmons has two personality traits that are both on the extreme side, agreeableness and extraversion, which were contributing factors to his suspension.
