Narcissism:
Narcissism is when people start taking a lot of interest in their selves and their physical appearances. They think they are unique and special from others like they always overstated their selves. They are basically egoistic in their behavior with others. These people think they can do everything by showing themselves superior and they are trying to get feedback like they are using different platforms (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) at which they can post about themselves.
Study has also shown that narcissists have lot of friends on Facebook and they usually tag them or continuously post new status.

Because by the use of social media narcissist can easily express their feelings or about their appearances in front of others and can get remarks of others. Narcissism promotes the use of social media so when they use social media they think they are positive their selves and indirectly the people who want to excess their selves turn to social media. Social media leads to narcissism not for long term but short term.
Narcissism is dangerous for people in a perspective of business, because in business or in our life we should have make connections or do communication so it will be difficult for narcissist to maintain a relationship. Its negativity cannot affect anybody but repellent.

Researchers studied about narcissism by doing research like they studied two group of population, they selected 486 college students, most of them were female having an age of 19 while the other group contains 93 people (adults) having an age 35. College students gave answers about social media use and had taken personality test to checks their narcissist proneness while adults had taken online surveys.
It concluded that adults that use Facebook having more narcissist behaviours and college students also use social media and twitter.
