Mode: Circuit training
Frequency: 2-3 days / week
Duration: 2-4 sets of 12-15 reps; 8-10 different exercises
Intensity: 30-40% 1RM (upper body), 50-60% 1RM (lower body); Resistance should gradually increase over time.






Monitor for abnormal symptoms.
Avoid high intensity exercise in post-myocardial infarction clients. Supervision suggested for moderate- to high-risk clients.
