Project Name: Recreation and Wellness Intranet 1.0 Introduction/ BackgroundThe main business goal of Manage Your Health, Inc is to provide variety of health care services across the globe. MYH believes that it can improve development and delivery of its products and services by focusing on its strategic plan, reducing internal costs, increasing cross-selling of products and exploiting new web-based technologies for customers and suppliers. | 2.0 Business ObjectiveMYH goal include of continuing growth and profitability. The Recreation and Wellness Intranet project will support these goals. It will improve the profitability by reducing the internal costs by providing employees health within one year of its rollout. | 3.0 Current Situation and Problem/Opportunity Statement------------------------------------------------- A recent study found that MYH, Inc. pays 20 percent------------------------------------------------- more than the industry average for employee health care premiums, primarily due to the poor health of its employees.
