My Transformational Leadership Style
Upon completing the leadership style quiz, I determined that I retain a Transformational leadership style. In the context of Transformational leadership, my highest score occurred in individual consideration category, explained as "leaders who act as coaches and advisors to their team. Leaders with individual consideration encourage others to reach goals that help both them and the organization" ("Foundation of Nursing Leadership - What is your leadership style," n.d.). My results to this quiz did not surprise me, as I tend to work alongside individuals when I am leading them; I prefer to work side-by-side with individuals to reach one goal at a time. I consider an individual's personality and learning style, so I can ensure that not only
