Through multiple extracurricular experiences I’ve developed a portfolio of strengths which will serve as pillars for the development of fundamental leadership qualities. My core competency is my ability to analyze business issues from a panoramic perspective. I am able to look at issues and identify how they will affect global business, the economy and capital markets. My other notable strength is my ability to manage resources and information efficiently. Another strength that I possess is a high level of commitment to the projects that I take part in. Some of the characteristics I need to improve on include being overly ambitious, procrastination, being too demanding of teammates, being unable to articulate my vision to others and lack of confidence. These weaknesses are important because they take part in defining who I am and how I am viewed. For example, I do no want to be the team member that is difficult to work with, that is not how I want the business community to view me. These weaknesses hinder my ability to achieve my vision due to the fact that they all impact my character negatively.
