My Strengths Of English And Writing Class
Since I have not heard any rumors about English 101, I cannot judge how this class may go for me. English and Writing is not one of my strengths but I really believe this class will help me turn my weakness into a strength. The way we were taught to write formal essays in high school are nearly the same as it is in college. Using the MLA format was big in my high school because we were told it was going to be a necessity in college. Something different about this class is having to write everyday. Every time we enter this class we should have a piece of writing ready to discuss and peer edit.

    I began to write composition in my highschool years. Firstly I was taught to writecomposition by preparing outline and then regulating it. Our english teacher gave us varioushomeworks on different topics. Firstly we used to write it in Turkish then translate it intoEnglish, so we could make a lot of mistakes.
