My Personal Philosophy Of Leadership
My leadership philosophy consist of providing fundamentals such as influence,

purpose, direction, and motivation to all Soldiers who fall within my scope of

responsibility. I will lead by example in adhering to the Army values: Loyalty, Duty,

Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage. All of these are

personal principles and critical components that will assist in our ability to achieve

mission success and ultimately improving our organization.

You can expect me to carry out my responsibilities to the fullest and set the

example for you to follow. I will never ask you to do something that I would not do

myself. My motto is “Lead from the front!” This is not just word; it is what I live by. I will
