Another reason I did not enjoy working for this company is because on one occasion, I was in the shower, getting ready for my regularly scheduled weekend work day, which I hated because I could not spend time with my family, and I slipped in the shower. I was immediately rushed to the ER because being pregnant and falling is a serious issue. I contacted my manager as soon as I could to let her know that I could not physically make it in the office that day and she wrote me up because I contacted her AFTER the office should have been…

As a humans we all have to experience certain situations in life, in order to figure out what we like and dislike. I can honestly say I’ve had my fair share of situations. I started working at Samsung call center as a full time employee. The job had excellent benefits, and room for growth and advancement. While I was working there I thought it was what I wanted, but as time progressed I realized it may not be for me. I had been out of school for 2 years when I accepted this job, so I wasn’t quite sure as to what career path I wanted to take. My decision at the time was to work full time and remain productive with that. Sometime you have to make a few changes within in yourself in order to grow as a person. Just because a certain job makes a decent amount of money doesn’t necessarily mean it is suitable for you.…

“Why I Quit the Company” by Tomoyuki Iwashita was a passage about the author telling the many reasons that pushed him to quit a secure and desirable job in a prestigious company. The company provided many luxuries for their employees; however, the worker’s effort put into the hard work was exhausting and overwhelming because they felt a deficit in their time and freedom. As a result of the workers’ loss of time and freedom, their emotional states were negatively impacted and began to think poorly of their jobs. Although all cultures highly value wealth and success, it may not necessarily bring happiness in life.…

The first reason is how you get along with your boss or manager. There are many Things that can drive a wedge in your relationship with management. Some managers have people doing the job of two or more people, keeping employees at work longer away from friends and family. Also if there is a falling out with management it makes it nearly impossible to work with them. Poor Communication is another big factor, if employees bare kept out of the loop it can alienate employees and make them feel under valued. When people are not recognized for you accomplishments it also makes them feel under valued. In some situations management will grab credit for the subordinate 's accomplishments. Often managers will show favoritism and give some workers special treatment. At a company I worked there were a group of guys that played football together on Saturdays. One of them was promoted to upper management. Shortly afterwards they all got positions in management and they all became the highest paid managers in the company.…

Nowadays, it seems like people confront with more problems than ever before in history. This is because of stress that people have in daily lives: long hours that they work in different jobs, more percentage of people get divorced after marriage, more people are committing crime to find a way to make money, and bureaucracy that the Nation has brings major problems to different people. Whenever I walk outside of my apartment I see neighbors talking about their problems, or when I come to school students are talking about their problems dealing with different teachers. It seems like to me that life is filled up with problems now, and almost all of us confront with different problems in our life.
