My Negative Experience With IOP At CRT
D-The patient apologize for arriving late for her session. This writer strongly urgest he pateint to call this writer if she needs to cancel or reschedule the appointment. The patient discussed her negative experience with the IOP at CRT, at which this writer validated the patient feelings and provide encournagement to comply with IOP and focus on herself, not the other people in the group as it reflect the patient negative experience because this writer had to remind the patient that she is there to address her mental health services. The patient has 4 more weeks to complete the IOP.

Furthermore, the patient discussed an issue with the psychiatrist at CRT disputing the medication managment. The patient is upset that the psychiatrist is trying to prescribed her with different medication, at which the patient stated, " I want to be prescribed with the medication I was taking before. I do not think he knows what he is doing. I even say, I will show my bottles and he says, he does not see the bottles because he believes me....I tried to show it to Nursing here, but they need an actual script and this doctor is giving me samples of pills to try." The patient signed an ROI for this writer to contact the patient psychiatrist at CRT, this writer was only able to leave a message as this writer was advised by receptionist Wendy that the doctor is with a patient and she can relay the message for the doctor to call this writer.
