Dear Mr. Cheung,
I have attached the brief report of our client, Delphi. As we have updated the machine for the system, its testing period is extended in order to ensure the safety. We have contacted Emily to ask for a delay of the system’s launch date and she replied that it is possible to postpone it.
Concerning the solution blueprint for City University of Hong Kong to solve the light pollution in campus, I am sorry that it cannot be handed in today. Actually, we observed and researched in their campus after the first meeting. Our design engineers have also redesigned the light. However, they called and informed us to cut the budget by half. It must be over-budget if we use the original technology. Thus, we cannot start to develop the blueprint. We have to meet them again to make everything clear and resign the contract.
We have arranged the second meeting tomorrow. I am sure that our team can overcome the problems and settle them before our Skype meeting with you on next Monday. Could you please extend the deadline of blueprint to this Friday? I promise that our team can design it on time.
