My Memorable Experience
Today, I would like to share with you about my memorable experience. Most of us would probably talk about something like their birthday, anniversary, and dates. But, for me, my most memorable experience happened here, at Champs Education Centre! Initially, I tried tuition classes here for Geography, History and English when I was in Form 3 and Form 4. But I only tried, and never registered for any classes here, so you might be wondering, how this could be the basis for my memorable experience? Well, I am sorry but you do need to be patient with me first, because I am just getting started. Five years ago, when I was thirteen years old, Champs just started their business. I still remember that day, my aunt gave my brother and I, a leaflet. She suggested we join the "English Writing" class since we faced difficulty mastering English. Surprisingly, both of us agreed. Perhaps it was because we wanted to improve our language very badly. The first day of the class had fifteen of us. Then, our teacher, Madam Susan, came in with a radio, a ping pong ball, and a small case filled with small paper strips. Can you imagine what mysterious activity we were going to do with those items? When the music was turned on, Madam Susan asked us to pass around the ping pong ball. Zp! The music stopped. Oh, my goodness! Guess what happened, the ball was in my hand, and what was I going to do?! Then, teacher came closer and closer to me with that small case. There were many butterflies inside my stomach just like today. She told me to pick one of the paper strip and show it to others. It was "toilet". She wanted me to make a sentence using "toilet" and to say it out loud in front of the audience. I gingerly answered "The toilet of school was very dirty and smelly also." and my teacher had corrected me. "The school toilet was very dirty and smelly.". That was the first time I spoke english out loud in front of so many. Well, it turned

Someone must’ve forgot to clean up their spilt, smooshed cherries because I was approaching my lunch table, with Andie, my footfound its way onto the mess, slipped upwards, and my butt descended toward the lovely cold, white, speckled tiles of Land O’ Lakes High. My plate went flying in the air, and of course found its way back down onto my sheer, coral shirt and all over my jeans. Andie, stood there in shock, I could how embarrassed she felt for me, but honestly she probably would’ve made it a little less awkward if she would’ve just laughed as along with 75% of the rest of the students. At this point, I realized there was no point of feeling embarrassed, because I knew I’d look back in a couple of years and die of laughter of this moment right here. Not to mention, my lunch was full of freshman, so…

The day was August 21 2002 and it had finally come, I waited to what seem to have been thousands of years, but it was true it was finally here. In the crisp cool morning as I open my eyes at 5am I rushed to wake my mother rushing her to the car, driving as fast as I could the morning had finally came when I take my driver’s test. I couldn’t be more anxious, and I couldn’t wait any longer. So there I was third person in line bouncing as if I had to use the restroom, but my turn finally came as the instructor walked over to me with a grin on her face like she hated her job, she looks up at me and says “Are you ready to take your test?” YES I replied, I was then instructed to get in the car and prepare the vehicle for operation.…

I barely managed to keep up with the lesson as math was not easy. But I convinced myself to work harder and aim for the top. When break time hit, I gathered all my courage to greet a girl sitting next to me, named Anne. After some chatting, we decided to have lunch and halfway to the canteen, I excused myself to the restroom but was lost. As a timid, I dared not ask for directions from people nearby. Instead, I traveled all around the school and eventually returned to my classroom, where I saw Anne waiting for me anxiously. I explained everything to her, and she kindly guided me to the restroom.…

I was in 5th grade at Quail Valley Elementary (QVE). Our class was writing reports on animals. I was a stutterer, and had been since I was 3 or 4 years old. I had picked "Sharks" to report on. I knew I would have to read my paper aloud to the class when I turned the paper in to my teacher, Ms. R. Knowing that, I tried to make my paper as short as possible. Ms. R was a new teacher at QVE. Our principal was disabled, and couldn't walk, but she had no problem getting to each new teacher class and checking on the teacher. The principal would roll around to each class with one of the school's new teachers and just sit there on her wheels and watch the class. I had finished my Sharks report and we were sharing our reports. When it comes to my turn, I get up in front of the class, smack on my charm smile, and begin stuttering. Our principal rolls in and starts watching me. I can tell she is about to throw up from watching me stomp my feet and roll my head. Poor Ms. R. What will the Principal think of her now? One of her students can't even read. Unfortunately, my teacher didn't let me sit down. I had to sit there for 30 minutes and [try to] read my paper. I think finally she let me stop, the entire class was probably swimming in my tears by then. That was the most embarassing moment of my life thus…

Life is full of unexpected events that leave a glimpse of lingering within a person’s heart; it could be unforgettable history, unpredictable present, or mystery future. No matter what will happen, everything will eventually have an effect which will remain forever or dissolve in their memory. When remembering an event, people tend to reflect about their past instead of heartbreaking events. Notwithstanding, several incidents such as my aunt passing away, my mother’s health, and my friend Diego, both tragically and glamorous, influenced me as the most remarkable event thus far within my life.…
