-paper qualifications are important but working experience play a bigger role. ---
-Paper qualification is an indicator that shows that you are knowledgeable in the field that you’ve studied.
-Working experience is the quality gained when you have worked in that trade previously for a period of time.

-While obtaining a specialized degree is necessary in some fields, sometimes just --having a college education is an advantage, regardless of the field of study. - --Employers want to know that their employees have a well -rounded basic education. -The advantages of a college degree will be proven when your resume is chosen over those who did not make the commitment to complete their education. - no secret that college can open a lot of doors in your career. -However, since so many people now have four-year degrees, does it really make you stand out in a crowded job market? In addition, how much of what you learned at college do you truly use on a daily basis at your job? -For a lot of fields, though, you have paper qualifications, it may not land you an opportunity. This is because most fields are more particular about applying the knowledge you have learnt instead of just knowing. -As if you do not know how to apply it, knowing it is as good as not knowing it.
-Even if you manage to get the job, if you can’t apply what you have learnt throughout the years, you will eventually get sacked, making the paper just any worthless piece of paper. -However, having previous working experiences mean that you are familiar with the operations of the trade and you would not have to waste time learning from scratch and will adapt better in the company.
