My Leadership Philosophy
My Leadership Philosophy My philosophy of leadership is based on morals and values. I believe leadership is about empowering others to make constructive decisions by being a positive role model and leading my example. Simply having a leadership role doesn’t really mean much. Being an effective leader depends solely on the effects you have on your followers. Great leaders are consistent, fair, genuine, and have great character. Leaders with good morals and values bring out the best in others. Leadership should never be about putting greatness into people, but more so helping people recognize the greatness in themselves that already exists.

    Taking ENES 317 has exposed me to lot of knowledge such as one leadership/Management skills, personality types, approaches to problems and decision making.
