My dad silent while he held the video camera. My dad wasn't around much. He usually was working, but I was happy he saw me walk for the first time. I was having such a great time. I had never gotten so many gifts at once. The joy was overwhelming. All though, a little later my dad got a phone call. He had to

Many will attempt to refuse this call to adventure, and many others will have no choice and get tossed into an unknown, difficult world. In this new world, we’ll have to go through at least one supreme ordeal, if not much more, being hindered by our own demons and by the demons of others, and getting help from allies. We'll go through various tests and learn crucial lessons from all of the mistakes we'll make along the way. Halstead learned that he could not guide a client’s behavior. He learned that he could be an effective counselor by listening to Steve’s problems and to “share in the pain (Halstead, 2000).” Another big idea that probably affected Halstead’s counseling methods is that we should not incorporate our client’s pain and suffering into our own minds. By doing this, we risk the…

I ran my hand along the side of a bumpy wooden fence with odd yellow-orange colored dots of moss all over the surface. We came across a rickety, low-ceilinged sheep shed that looked and felt quite like a long drafty corridor in an ancient castle.” Let’s go in…
