My Favorite Teacher
My favorite teacher was Mrs. Cabrera, my ninth grade English teacher. I consider

her my favorite teacher, because she had motivation, enthusiasm and confidence in

teaching, and she made learning fun.

Mrs. Cabrera motivation in teaching helped me to enjoy and do well in her

class. Furthermore her enthusiasm and confidence in doing what she loved made her

class easy to understand. I believe that an important issue when it comes to teaching

is to make learning fun, and that was what Mrs. Cabrera did with her students. For

example she made literature exciting by making her class act, worked in groups, and if

it was a Shakespeare play that had a dance scene she made her students recreate a dance

in the classroom.

Mrs. Cabrera is my favorite teacher, she motivate me to learn and taught me how

love and enjoy

In the classroom setting, I will be sure that there are visuals and movement to help the students’ knowledge and understanding on the information that is being learned. Through these teachings, I will be sure that the information that needs to be learned will stick with them through further years in their educational careers. Mrs. Trahan was an absolute gem, and I am glad I had her as a teacher. She was very fast paced, which made things difficult for everyone. Students always complained about her teaching styles, but I really loved her. I learned so much in her class, even though I did not have long to learn the material. Teachers always defended her when students were complaining, but that is because most students do not understand that through the trouble of her class, they were actually learning.…

The fundamental goal of teaching is to instill a love for learning in the students. Although everyone is capable of learning, it is the teacher’s responsibility to teach the students how to effectively learn in an environment that is respectful and encouraging. Since humans have multiple learning styles, it is important for the teacher to get to know the students and how they learn best. The classroom can encourage or inhibit learning depending on the dominant learning style of each student. By accommodating the different learning styles in the classroom, the teacher can create an atmosphere that is conducive to learning. Teachers must have the desire to guide their students though the learning process. By creating a relaxed environment for the students, stimulating conversation about concepts being presented and organizing material in a way that makes it easier to understand are great ways to encourage learning.…
