My Cousin Vinny, I can somehow relate to the part of Vinnie's girlfriend Lisa. I was in fact an out of work hairdresser and dated a guy going for his bar exam and finally passing on the 5th try then doing his first real live legal case but he didnt do any murder trials. Although, we all know that in real life, people like Vinnie probably wouldnt have had the same opportunity in being allowed to represent a client far away in another state unless that attorney was allowed to represent that person…

First let me start off by saying that the movie My Cousin Vinny is a classic movie and is a good comedy. Throughout this essay I will be explaining how the way the movie portrayed the Criminal justice system is wrong and right in some cases. Along with that I will put in my two senses on how the situation would or should have been handled in our…

Fridlich While there are many metaphors in My Cousin Vinny that would be interesting to explore, and we certainly could delve into the “transformative moments” that are peppered throughout the movie, the more interesting aspect of the movie is in the area of expert witnessing. My Favorite Picture The picture that I am writing about probably the only picture that is my favorite with all my close cousins together, has more meaning than it seems. At first, it appears to be nothing more than a happy get-together party of all young adults, from the ages of eighteen to twenty four. In the background one can see a swimming pool. My cousins who are kneeling on the bottom row are Priyanka (who is affectionately known as Giraffe because she is the tallest girl in our family)…

Missy, I am so proud of the woman you have grown into over the last four years, and could not be more proud to call you my baby cousin. Growing up with you I remember always thinking you were crazy as hell – while simultaneously my best friend. Our relationship evolved from eating fake ice cream cones in the bathtub, to hanging upside-down from my swing set making up stories of bears in the woods, spying on neighbors, and climbing grandma and grandpa’s trees to pick berries. Always supporting…
