My Essay About Vegetarian
Being vegetarian is good

Nowadays, we have some infection or disease from animals. Also the number of obese persons is increasing year by year. Basically animal meat is good for us, but these days, it sometimes do harm to us such as these problem due to its fat or so, and ironically if we need meat, we have to kill a lot of animals off. Besides, we have problems that we need more vitamins and nutrition from vegetables because of the way our life of food is changing.

Eating only vegetables is not bad for our heath and also it is healthy and they don’t have a lot of fat or something we don’t need too much.

In addition, it would contribute toward saving living organisms because the less people eat animal’s meat, the more animals would be kept from becoming extinction. Animals also have feelings and it shouldn’t be taken for granted to kill them recklessly. Although I’m not vegetarian, I think the breeding, for example; cow, poke, and chicken for our food, is too much for actual amount of our consumption.

Actually, I won’t be vegetarian and I like to eat meat, but it is up to person if they will be or not, and there’s no reason to say being vegetarian is bad. Anyway, all you have to be care about is make sure if it is the right way to live as a vegetarian. If it makes you feel frustrated, you don’t have to force yourself to be a vegetarian.
