My Decision to Return to School

My Decision to Return to School There are many reasons why a person chooses to go back to school. I decided to go back to school for many of reason. I will present a detailed paper about why I decided to return to school. I will also present to you, the benefits of obtaining a college degree and obstacles to successful completion. My reasons for returning to school are getting a better education and expanding my knowledge is the most important thing to me. I want to show my kids that there is never a time that you can’t go back to school. I want to let them know that going back to school will get you a better job and more knowledge of the things that are best for you. I want them to follow my foot steps. Knowing my kids understand why I’m going back to school will make me feel comfortable. Getting a better job is another reason why I decided to return to school. I get up early every morning to go to work as a teacher assistant and knowing that I can better myself in becoming a teacher in the classroom. I love my job but, I want to be able to teach instead of just assisting the teacher. My husband said to me many of time that I need to return to school because, I’ve been working 10 years as an assistant teacher and I deserve better. Furthering my education will lead to better job opportunity and widen the job choices. I will be able to look for a job that I know that I’m qualified for. I’m tired of always having to work a different job knowing that I don’t have my college degree to become a teacher. I had to make changes in my life to pursue my degree, like planning my day and setting a schedule to go by for my school work. I also had to quit my part time job with my husband for I can focus on my studying and homework. I know that there would be changes in my life when I returned to school, but knowing that I would be doing these changes
