The time when my fifteen year old daughter wrecked my car. On this day I had a doctors appointment so I decided to pick Brittany up from school and take her with me. We arrived at the doctor's office on time, now keep in mind it's cold in most doctor's office, so I suggested that if she got cold she could go set in the car so I gave her my keys. The nurse called back to see the doctor, Brittany remained in the waiting area. Twenty minutes had pasted and the nurse was knocking on the examination room door, I stated "come in", the nurse opened the door and Brittany was standing there looking like she had seen a ghost, she was shaking and crying, however, she didn't make a sound. By this time I'm nervous and really need to know what happen. Brittany couldn't speak the nurse went to get her some water to com her down. I started thinking what could this child have done in twenty minutes of being out of my site. …show more content…

I could have sworn that woman tried to find something to fight over: this time it was about how I should, “be more responsible” and “find a job” and “needing to grow up!”…

I know you constantly claim that there is nothing wrong with my car, but Kevin holds a large amount of problems and difficulties that are constantly looked over. For example, Kevin’s engine can be heard from miles away, and the engine gets so obnoxiously loud in the vehicle that you cannot hear the person sitting next to you. In addition, Kevin’s brakes screech like nails on a chalkboard, the rearview mirror has fallen from the windshield many times before, and the CD player does not function properly. Often I find myself discovering some other element of the car that is damaged or broken. Kevin looks and runs smoothly now, but who is to say that he will tomorrow?…

When I was 14 years old, me and my father were heading to my grandma and grandpa’s house in one of our manual vehicles. I remember as we had left I was contemplating the idea of driving manual due to my slight curiosity of the subject and of course, as we had left I didn’t really get the concept of a third pedal so as all kids do I asked my dad, “Why do you have a third pedal?” and I remember as we went he showed me that as you press the clutch pedal it would disengage the transmission from the car therefore letting him shift to the following gear of the sequence. We get nearly half way there and then find ourselves on a back road. I just had that feeling in myself that I had to ask to drive. I finally work the nerve to ask to drive but right as I do my dad shuts the car off and hops out in assumption I wanted to anyways.…

“Get in the car”, was what I was awoken too in the middle of the night. I was in seventh grade at the time and was still learning new things about relationships. My parents weren’t the happiest couple at the time and always were in some sort of argument. You don’t really understand divorce at a young age and it was difficult especially when your still young and are confused on why the two people who brought you in this world can’t get along. I was a happy and joyful kid until I started to see the realness of the world. To see the two people you love the most, fight, must be the hardest thing on a…

I should be mad but I am more shocked at trying to be taken advantage of. Several months ago I bought myself a used 2005 Subaru at a Ford dealership. Today I went to get an oil change at the local Subaru dealership for $29.99. After about 20 to 30 minutes go by the customer service gentleman came into the waiting area and called my name. I followed him out as he started to tell me he needed to show me something about my car. I was told my sway bar was loose and moving, something about links and bushings and that I needed new brakes on the front of my car. I asked for an estimate of each. Both estimates together totaled over $700. I was then asked if I wanted it taken care of right then and there because they have the parts on hand. I told…
