The documents you received for a foreign credential evaluation are the original official documents issued by the institutions, such as the Ministry of Education of Turkmen SSSR and the Academy of Science of Turkmenistan. Based on the authenticity of all these documents [submitted to your agency], the U.S. Departments of State, The Bureau of Consular Affairs with the Department of Homeland Security issued my B1 visa.     Immigration by definition means arrival of settlers in new country.
