Muscular Strength Reflection
“How did you score on each of your assessments? Are you at all surprised by your ratings for muscular strength and endurance?”
According to the results for each of the assessments, I scored above average on most of the tests. I was able to do 65 curl-ups and 40 push-ups. With these numbers my wellness was considered excellent and above average for the female category in my age range of 23. My percent body fat was approximately 23%, I was quite surprised that my percent body fat was that high, although it is considered acceptable for my body weight and height. I would like to be in the athlete range for percent body fat and for that my goal weight would have to be around 109lb. I was also quite surprised that I could do so many push-ups and

Being placed in the above average range in each of these assessments, is assuring that I am in a healthy position in terms of my strength and endurance.
“Are you satisfied with your current level of muscular endurance as evidenced in your daily life (for example, your ability to carry groceries or your books, hike, carry bags of mulch and soil or do other yard work, lift a suitcase into your car or up a flight of stairs, or carry a child or pet for a distance or support an adult in an emergency?”
Yes, currently I am very satisfied with my muscular strength and endurance, I can easily carry groceries, my books or even lift my suitcase when traveling or up a flight of stairs. I don’t have much difficulty carrying objects of moderate weight. For my age and body weight I am satisfied that my muscular strength and endurance is optimal and correct for my body type. I usually don’t have much difficulty when I have to carry objects of moderate weight, objects that are considerably heavy are difficult for me to carry. But I am satisfied with my current level of fitness and endurance, although I can improve and be better able to heavier carry objects in certain daily
