Muscles attached to scapula:
Levator scapulae origin is transverse processes of C1-C4, insertion at superior angle of scapula, it moves scapula and flexes neck.
Pectoralis minor's origin is ribs 3-5 and insertion at coracoid process of scapula, it depresses scapula and elevates ribs.
Rhomboids Major and Rhomboids Minor's origin at spinous processes T1-T4, insertion at medial border of scapula, they move scapula.
Serratus anterior's origin is at ribs 1-9, insertion is at medial border of scapula too, to rotates scapula and elevates ribs.
Trapezius' origin is at posterior surface of skull and spinous process of C7-T12, insertion is at clavicle, acromion process and scapular spine, it moves scapula and extends head and neck. Muscles attached to femur:
Iliopsoas origin is at iliac fossa and vertebrae T12-L5, insertion at lesser trochanter of femur and hip capsule.
Gluteus maximus's origin is at posteiror surface of ilium sacrum and coccyx, insertion is at gluteal teberosity of femur and iliotibial tract.
Gluteus medius and gluteus minimus origin is at posterior surface of ilium and insertion at greater trochanter of femur.
Tensor fasciae latae's origin is at anterior superior iliac spine and insertion through lateral fascia of thigh to lateral condyle of tibia.
Adductor magnus origin at pubis and ischium and insertion at femur.

Muscles attached to ulna:
Brachialis origin at anterior surface of humerus and insertion at cornoid process of ulna.
Triceps brachii long head origin at lateral border of scapula, lateral head's origin is at lateral and posterior surface of humerus, medial head's origin is at posterior humerus; insertion is at olecranon process of ulna.
Flexor carpi ulnaris origin is at medial epicondyle of humerus and ulna, insertion is at pisiform.
Pronator Teres origin is at medial epicondyle of humerus and coronoid process of ulna, insertion is at radius.
Extensor carpi ulnaris origin is at lateral epicondyle of humerus and
