Muscle Snaxs Executive Summary
Muscle Snaxs is in its beginning stage of becoming the largest market competitor of low-calorie protein snacks. Through our innovative design process, we’ve created an extensive line of snacks with high protein content, while also keeping the calories as miniscule as possible. Currently, we’ve designed snacks such as: protein pudding, protein cookie, protein fudge pops, protein muffins, protein lemon squares, protein cheesecake, and protein chips. Through these innovations, we’ve kept the calories within the range of 100-250 calories per serving as well as packed each serving with nearly 20 grams of protein. Indeed, these foods represent what our company stands for, as we strive to improve the consumer's protein intake, while also keeping their …show more content…

The brand name is “Muscle Snax,” signifying exactly what we sell, which is snacks that help people grow muscles through an increased protein intake. Through our operation, we focus our target market on: people trying to diet, bodybuilders, athletes, and people who want a tasty snack in general. We decided on these groups because they are most likely to seek higher protein foods, seek low calorie snacks, or just enjoy tasty food overall. Based on these groups, I designed our products with them in mind in order to create foods that many people enjoy while incorporating protein into the

If PepsiCo were a country, the size of its economy—sixty billion dollars in revenues in 2010—would put it sixty-sixth in gross national product, between Ecuador and Croatia. Many studies point to the ubiquity of high-calorie, low-cost processed foods and drinks as one of the major drivers of this condition. Snacks, in particular, play a role in childhood obesity, which is growing even faster than obesity in adults. Americans consume about fifty gallons of soda a year, more than four times the average per-capita consumption sixty years ago. Americans also ingest about thirty-four hundred milligrams of sodium per day, twice the recommended amount; sodium has long been linked to high blood pressure. almost half of PepsiCo’s business is overseas (thirty per cent of it in developing countries), foreign markets eventually tend to follow U.S. trends. The markets of the future may well be in “packaged nutrition”—in enriched products like PepsiCo’s SoBe Lifewater, which contains vitamins, and in its pricey Naked line of fruit juices and smoothies, which contain antioxidants. Another growing category is “functional” foods and beverages, like varieties of the sports drink Gatorade, which PepsiCo markets for specific physiological or metabolic attributes. (Thanks to Gatorade’s new “fit series,” you can drink G1 Prime before you work out, G2 Perform during your…

Absolutely amazing, that 's all I can say about the corporate structure of GNC. As with any jumping on fads there are always going to be someone to try to take advantage of consumers; welcome to the wonderful world of GNC. This company is no different than any other company, low paying part-time employees, medium range pay for managers, and large pay for regional sales directors and so on. First of all let me explain my background: I am a part-time sales associate, I have been lifting for about 4 years, have taken three nutritional classes in college, along with two personal trainer classes and four types of chemistry classes. I have since switched my major from nutrition so no I do not have a degree in dietetics?.…

The author does an excellent job regarding how supplements are pointless and a waste of money. In my opinion, I do agree to an extent, but I have seen from many different reports how protein powder can increase your gains in the weight room. Mike Tanier argues how protein powder turns into “expensive urine”. I would have to disagree from that statement due to my own experiences with protein powder.…
