Mulroy V. Feli Murder Case
On Monday February 29, the custodial staff at the Middle School Building at St. George’s Independent School called the police station to state that they had found a dead body lying face down in the office of room M223. There was no evident cause of death: no obvious trauma, no gunshot wounds, no puncture wounds, but blood was found on and around the body. There were cups of dr. pepper and a sticky note pad along with some other evidence found on the crime scene. An officer interviewed the Middle School Director, Mrs. Lori Williamson, and was informed that Felix Navidad was hired to evaluate the efficiency and productivity of the seventh grade faculty. He would make recommendations for salary adjustments and staffing decisions. I believe that Tara Mae Mulroy should be charged with the murder of …show more content…
They could try and state that she did not poison Mr. Navidad because she was not the only one that had the opportunity. We used her surveillance footage times being off as a point of her lying. They could say she just forgot the exact times. They could say she was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Her fingerprints were not at the crime scene. Ms. Brown’s hair was found there o why not accuse her of the murder. Even though the defense team might have had some arguments I can fight back and respond to all of them. We did a forensic test to prove that only Mrs. Mulroy could have poisoned him because she was the only one that had the opportunity to have put the poison in the cola. The test came back negative on the ice cubes so that ruled out Ms. Brown. Yes she could have forgotten but she left out major points in her interrogation trying to throw us off. She had a motive to kill him. She did have a meeting with him to give her an opportunity to kill him like she had planned. We did not run a DNA test to prove that any kind of hair material or DNA found. That is her office so of course her hair is in her

All evidence pointed at OJ. All through out the investigations there was a lot of direct evidence that could be used as incriminating evidence. One type of direct evidence that was found was hair, they found hair in a ball cap at Nicole Brown Simpsons house that, and also they found hair on Ron Goldman’s shirt that was consistent with OJ’s hair. There was multiple blood evidence that was direct evidence, for instance, blood drops found at the crime scene matched OJ’s blood type, which only 0.5% of the population would match this blood type. Also, there was blood found in the bronco OJ drives. Plus, when investigators searched OJ’s house, they found blood in his bedroom, and in his dirty clothes they found blood on a pair of socks that matched Nicole.…

Judge and jury, I beg thee to charge Ms. Maloney with the murder of Patrick Maloney. Why would the perfectly stable Mary Maloney randomly decide to kill her husband? What would cause a perfectly sane woman to do such a heinous crime? As you are aware, Patrick Maloney was a well-respected member of the police force. To all who knew him he was a good man. He never had any enemies, and was very committed to his job. So how did this good man end up dead? Supposedly, Mr. Maloney was alleged of having an affair. However, Mr. Maloney is no longer around to testify to that fact. If Ms. Maloney had heard of this alleged affair, maybe that drove her to murder him. There is sufficient evidence showing that Ms. Maloney was the murderess. Number one, there…

There was evidence that wasn’t collected such as blood that Mrs Chamberlain offered to give to the police. Evidence such as their tents and belongings were moved to a motel on the first night, which could’ve caused contamination allowing the evidence to have alterations. Their tents and belongings were also not searched. In addition, the family was then allowed to leave in their car the following morning without it being explored allowing contamination with another piece of evidence. Furthermore, evidence that was discovered later on in the case such as Azaria’s jumpsuit was moved then picked up and was not placed as it was found which tampered with the evidence. Although the collection of evidence throughout this case demonstrated faults, the Jury still concluded to Mrs Chamberlain as a guilty woman, which led to her…

Looking at John Cornelly, the plaintiff in this case, I see a young man with a promising future. Cornelly has never been convicted in a court of law of misconduct. Though this is not enough proof of his innocence, it is clear that his conduct was driven by external factors. First, Cornelly has readily admitted that he has had an affair with his class teacher. The latter appeared in criminal proceedings and is awaiting sentencing over rape charges to which she pled guilty. It is clear that Cornelly fell into her trap and this might have been the genesis of his misconduct. Being an adult, the teacher is to blame for the corrupting of this minor. She ought to have protected him from any conduct that was against state law. Cornelly’s possession…

On January 29, 2016, Mr.Kurose, Waianae high school’s vice principal, had recently passed. He was savagely killed, but in this investigation there was a limited amount of evidence to identify the criminal. On the day of the homicide, Mr.Kurose had last seen four other teachers, and they are now suspects in this case. Their names are Ms. J Megahan, Ms. J Moriwaki, Ms. M Oshiro, and Mr. M Ratcliffe. Each of the four teachers each had a reason for killing Mr.Kurose. However, looking over all the evidence we have Ms.Oshiro seems like a questionable suspect. Oshiro is the main suspect mainly because of her motive, opportunity, and character.…
