ASSIGNMENT OVERVIEW
For this assignment, you will look at the different working relationships in adult social care, and how these differ from personal relationships. You will look at the purpose and importance of agreed ways of working. You will explore the importance of partnership working and how this is achieved in adult social care.

TASK 1
1. Explain three differences between a working relationship and a personal relationship.

A working relationship is relationship where I spend time with my coworker and client together at work, but I have little or no contact out of working hours. It's strictly professional. Working relationship does not allow arguing, accepting differences,discussing interest and personal life's problem between participants. It is established with colleagues, clients and other professionals and sharing information is limited.
Personal relationship is one where my personal life and extra curricular activities and social life are involved. It can establish with anyone and sharing information is unlimited.

2. Give two examples of different working relationships in an adult social care setting.
