Introduction

This is another way of looking at the health of an enterprise, and how well it is doing in a competitive business environment, is a SWOT Analysis.
Strength-The internal factors of the organization, including: favourable competitive situation; adequate financial sources; good corporate image; Technology; economies of scale; product quality; market share; cost advantage; advertising campaign.
Weaknesses-the relatively weak of the competition, but also the organization's internal factors, including: aging equipment; chaotic management; lack of key technologies; research and development is lagging behind; shortage of funds; poor management; product backlog; competitiveness and poor.
Opportunities-Organization of external factors, including: new products; new markets; demand; market barriers to be discharged; competitors’ mistakes.
Threats-Is the organization of external factors, including: new competitors; alternative products increased; market crunch; industry policy changes; recession; customer preferences change; emergencies.
Now we talk about the Tesco SWOT in 2012.
