Mr Sullivan Case Summary
Mr. Sullivan is a 62 year old male who presented to the ED via LEO under IVC from DayMark. According to IVC paperwork Mr. Sullivan reports suicidal ideation and homicidal ideation with a to stab himself in the heart or or run his car into a car into a telephone pole sometime this week. At the time of the assessment Mr. Sullivan denies suicidal ideation, homicidal ideation, and symptoms of psychosis. He states, "I don't really want to do it, I told my doctor that ( referring to not wanting to harm himself." Mr. Sullivan reports family conflict, financial issues, relational issues with his wife has been the stressor contributing to his distress. He reports feelings of depression even though he has been complicate with medications. Mr. Sullivan
