The Effects of Moving to a New Country New country, new life and new challenges, a person experiences all of these things when they move to a new country. It is difficult to start all over when our live all ready exist elsewhere. When a person has lived a part of their life in another country, it is a challenge to come to a different country. Growing up knowing everyone’s name and their personalities is extremely different from not even knowing your next door neighbor. In the last decade it has become more common for people to be moving away from family due to work, school or college or other circumstances in life. It is painful to move away from your closer relative. These are people who you share and have spent a good deal of time with. When you have to move away from your family is very hard but you never say “never”. Moving away from family physically, doesn’t mean you have to move away emotionally. Often, the heart goes stronger with some distance and you may find that the move; however painful or exciting has something to teach you and your own family as well. Another effect of moving away to a new country is increased stress in your daily life. Stress is the way that we respond to change in our lives. It is the way our bodies react physically and emotionally to any change in our lives. As a result of high level stress in our lives, people can’t sleep well and have serious health problem. Individuals who are stressed have a greater chance of becoming ill. Some diseases are connecting with increased level of stress, such as, arthritis and heart
