Motivation Letter for Business Studies
Business studies has captivated me since I started learning it in 11th grade because it provides an international perspective on commercial strategies and operations. Since I have studied commerce in my 11th&12th grade I have a clear and thorough understanding of the basics of business management and principles of accounting. As a part of my course I have visited nearby factories to prepare a project on sales promotion which was adjudged as one of the best projects of my class.
Since I grew up in a multicultural environment, I have developed the ability to communicate effectively with people from myriad backgrounds. I also regularly watch business news programmes and read quality newspapers to be up-to-date with latest development in the commercial world. I consider my key strengths to be an ability to make analytical judgments, people management and identifying important points. In addition I have excellent interpersonal skills.
In my spare time I enjoy swimming, reading and going for a drive with my family and friends.
I have always wanted to study in the UK because it has an excellent reputation of being the most popular and centered attraction for students along with the qualified degrees that are awarded.
After viewing many different universities and campuses I have come to the conclusion that your university is the best option for me. I further wish to enhance my knowledge and the IBA course offered by your university intrigues me with the uniqueness and inventiveness of the programme. I believe that a business school should balance theory with real world application. The curriculum and opportunities available at your university provides this balance. Your course also offers a very good international exposure which is important for a corporate career.
