Subject: Prohibiting revenue decrease at Ajo-Taro Japanese Bistro Here is a proposal that we discussed about training and motivation plan for the employees, and how to prohibit revenue decreasing as soon as possible because the Ajo-Taro has risk of bankrupt in this year. This proposal includes both primary research using personal interview with you and secondary research using professional and scholarly journals and books.
Based on the interview with Leo Zhang, I knew that the revenue of Ajo-Taro Japanese bistro has decreased from $9600 to $5800 per month because the restaurant is losing the qualified employees, and even customers. Ajo-Taro does not have effective training and motivation programs for employees. Managers and supervisors could use these programs to train and motivate employees.
Recommendations for increasing the revenue at Ajo-Taro bistro include developing training plan of stimulating motivation and increasing cohesion for employees in Ajo-Taro, through these programs; we hope more qualified employees are willing to stay for restaurant, so these employees can help Ajo-Taro to earn money.
I appreciate to you for giving me lots of information about Ajo-Taro Japanese bistro and a chance for developing some human resource management programs. Your advices really helped me a lot to complete this proposal.
Please contact with me if this proposal have some problems or need additional information, I would be happy to discuss and

In the spirit of the challenge set forth by our President and CEO, Jacqueline Marcus, I want to present my idea for improving Persuade Cafes business results. During the employee satisfaction survey it was reported that sixty three percent of the employees felt that there is a lack of training within the company for them to do their job proficiently. Employees who feel that they are lacking in job knowledge and skill become frustrated and that frustration can be passed on to the customers. For a manager, training can be one of the most important elements of individual and departmental success and yet as our survey shows it is the most neglected part of the employees on-boarding and retention. Training should be our most critical component of delivering the companies branding promise and a huge factor in word of mouth promotion for our firm.…

The guests are satisfied with the services they get from this restaurant. The staff does not ignore calls and they talk in a professional and courteous manner. Listening to the staff responding to the guests over the phone shows that the staff has respect for the customers and they have effective communications skills. The workers are clean and the utensils used to serve are also clean. This is the restaurant where customers’ orders are considered. The customer service is excellent because the customer eats the food they ask for and even have some offer to welcome the customers. The waiters are able to save discrepancies whenever they arise. The answer politely and listen to the views of the customers. The housekeepers also are warmly welcoming and their services are effective.
