SO EMT Perez knocked and announced his presence at the door and was greeted by the residents son who stated that Herbert Margolis had a sudden onset of altered mental status and wanted him to be evaluated. Herbert Margolis aparently started to slur his words and acting erratic later in the night which promptly corrected itself.
