Monica’s is an exceptional and capable manager who demonstrates her many diverse talents and skills. Possess the ability to be flexible, to adapt and take a firm stance on implementing/enforcing company policy, as well as assisting in developing new ideas and concepts geared towards improving store sales and visibility.

Over the last three months, you’ve become more assertive in properly assessing your employee performance and have made vast improvements in holding them accountable. Focus areas are listed below.

1. Reduce Shrinkage/Damage: Both Special Formula and Main Staple items.
2. 10% Inventories completed monthly. (Three Remaining).
3. 100% Inventories completed within the quarter. (Three Remaining).
4. Reduce overtime
5. Increase
