The four vital areas that I need to improve in order to become more efficient in managing my time as a college student would include prioritizing, resolving issues, time management and procrastination. As a single working mother I find it hard to prioritize what's really important which always brings a sense of panic. Personally as a working parent I always feel overwhelmed from the many obligations that go along with raising young children. Therefore it's very easy to find myself with multiple projects with fast approaching deadlines. Instead of always over scheduling myself I must schedule unscheduled time to allow personal time to reenergize my mind and body. I also have to choose what's really important

    An organization is made up of many departments. Every department must be in good working standards in order to be effective. The article “A new organizational model for airlines” by Mckinsey, explains that the airlines switched from the functional organization to a business unit organization. Business unit structure is a horizontal design allows each airline group to work independently by focusing on the essential capabilities to increase the effectiveness as a whole.
