CM spoke to Mrs. Megaro (caregiver) regarding a follow-up on Jason (youth). CM informed caregiver that CM met with youth at the program; CM and caregiver discussed youth reason for taking Benadryl. Caregiver expressed that she is concerned about youth and does not think youth should transition to a Group Home level of care. CM encouraged caregiver to give it a try; CM and caregiver discussed the positive benefits of the group home level of care. Caregiver agreed. CM informed caregiver that Meghan (therapist) is out sick and CM will follow-up with Sarah (Meghan’s supervisor) regarding the family concerns.

Given his condition, treating him with antibiotics is an extraordinary measure, that’s only prolonging his life” (Walsh, 2013, p. 38).
