Staff member job is important, and in my opinion the best part of being staff is the feeling that you get from helping, it's great to see happy I want to be good role model to everyone. As Moderator I want to make everyone feel like they can play on server, without looking into age or anything else. I know that players can't do whatever they like, and that's why SailMC has it's rules and everyone must follow them to play, and if they doesn't they will be punished. Sometimes they might use blacklisted modifications or then they just doesn't follow rules that SailMC has. Obviosly that means that they will receive their punishment for me it's important that everyone can play their games fairly, that's why SailMC has staff team. I know that staff can't punish every rulebreaks, but I also know that every staff members that are on Moderator position, are best of the best. Staff is here to help new players to get started and also to make sure everyone can feel their gaming sessions secure and everyone can play fairly without those cheaters. I'm mostly on Finnish time since I live there. I'm also very very active at SailMC TeamSpeak server, as I like speaking with other people. I also noticed that there is a lot of Finnish players on SailMC these days, and many players has said that there is never staff online when Finland has day. So far I only had positive feelings about SailMC staff as they're the best staff on

I want players to feel safe while playing on OxPvP. The community is already a great community however I do believe I can make it even better. A dedicated staff member is an attribute I can also bring. If a job needs to get done, I will get it done. I believe toxic communities always make the server look bad, so if I become staff, I will make sure the chat is a toxic-free environment at all times while I am on the server. I am a very generous and approachable person to speak to if you need help. I will always give back a positive vibe to the players and ensure they are enjoying their time while playing on OxPvP. I’m very good at giving advice towards players, while learning myself. While I am on TeamSpeak, I will make sure the Support Rooms never have players waiting for Support. Also, while on TeamSpeak, I will speak with the players more and get to know them and feel involved with the community. Players are 100% priority when you’re a staff member. Their needs are our priority to get them resolved as soon as possible. I will never abuse my staff rank at any time while I am a staff member. And if I am demoted or I resign, I will never post hate/ rude messages towards OxPvP. It is a great server, and does not deserve that. I am very mature for my age. I know how to handle situations. I have been told by people that I am a very mature teenager for my age. Also, I would love to give suggestions to OxPvP in the future if they are…

In week three of my syllabus, my objectives were too differentiate between qualitative and quantitive methods of research. Too differentiate; Qualitative methods provide the context against which to more fully understand those results. They capture what people have to say in their own words and describe their experiences in depth. Qualitative data provides the texture of real life in its many variations; it gives insight into the reasoning and feelings that motivate people to take action. In short, quantitative methods are standardized, systematically obtaining succinct responses from as many clients as possible.…

The Rule Day Club began in 1932 during the final year of prohibition, and the beginning years of the great depression. This club acquired its name because it met on the second Monday of every month, which at the time was colloquially known as “Rule Day” or the day “the law made certain writs returnable after service to the civil common law courts in Baltimore.” Unlike the Lawyers’ Round Table—which respected the legal restraints imposed by prohibition—the members of the Rule Day Club “freely imbibed” on the grounds that liquor was an “institutionalized ritual.” Indeed, the Rule Day Club was founded at Congressman John Philip Hill’s rowhome at 3 West Franklin Street, which the congressman had conveniently renamed “Franklin Farms” in order to…
