We’re giving a scenario and we have to pick the right choice that will create the most value to the customers. The next exercise was the “case study” and we had to watch a video to answer the questions but I couldn't access the video therefore, I had to skip this exercise. The last exercise was the expected learning outcome, where we are asked questions based on the exercises we had. For example, one questions asked “ Explain the concept of marketing and it's important” and another question asked “Describe the marketing process” It was a good exercise it refresh our memory because sometimes we tend to forget the things we’ve read. . When it comes to installing Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2, there are many different server roles that this software operating system has to offer. The first one is Active Directory Certificate Services and Active Directory Domain Services. Active Directory is a huge component when it comes to a server. This service has all the information about all of the users, the computers, and any other device that is connected to the network. The Active Directory assists IT professionals with being able to manage all of this information, and allows them to be able to facilitate any sharing that is going on between any end user in the company. Another role is the Active Directory Federation Services. This lets users have a web sign in capability, that lets users authenticate to different web applications by just logging in with one single user account. Another role that this has is the application server. This is a major role because the server can be used to hose and manage all of the critical business applications that the company needs to use. One major component also is the DHCP server, which the Windows Server does play a huge role in. The DHCP server is what assigns an IP address to any machine that is connecting to the network. This is critical because if the machine can’t get an IP address, then they won’t be able to communicate with the network. Along with the DHCP server, another role is the capability of being the fax server. This is self-explanatory, the fax server allows the company to send and receive faxes, and also allows IT personnel to be able to manage these jobs, or any settings or reports that are needed to be shown. Another major role is file services. The server basically holds all of the companies information, or software shares, so that when there is the need for a new install, or an employee needs a new piece…

Pet allergies are one of the most common causes for the onset of asthma, so it doesn't make sense that exposing babies to cats will prevent asthma from occurring in them. Researchers have studied the effects of having cats living with babies who have a predisposition for becoming asthmatic. Their findings involving the prevention of asthma follow the same theory about pet allergies and forming an immunity to them by consistently subjecting babies to cats. They found that those children were less likely to develop asthma as they matured. There is an exception where that theory won't tend to work and that is in babies whose mothers have an allergic reaction to cats. Those children are three times more inclined to becoming afflicted with asthma…
