Mission, Vision Statement for International Oil&Gas Company Kovi
The purpose of this report is to state a mission, vision and core values for the international oil& gas company Kulczykoil Ventures Inc. (KOVI) and to discuss their implications. To this end, the report includes the following: overview of the company and my role in the company, recommended mission statement and vision, defined core values and companies’ strengths and examples of how KOVI’s mission, vision and core values impact its corporate culture and public image and how is company performance is aligned with stated mission and vision. The company overview is provided in the Appendix 1. The quick research of company corporate information showed that KOVI doesn’t have stated Mission, Vision, corporate values, company strengths and strategic goals are not clearly defined.
The following mission, vision and core values are recommended.
KOVI’s mission statement:
As an international energy explorer and upstream company Kulczykoil intends to exploit and produce commercial hydrocarbons in underexplored regions utilizing sound fiscal management and fair ethical standards to all its’ stakeholders, company personnel, join venture partners, impacted communities and most importantly both the Host and Home governments.
Company vision:
The company’s success is predicated upon the core employees ability to understand the organization’s goals and objectives and to collectively work together as a team to achieve and provide economic value to the enterprise and increase the value of the resources entrusted to us by the shareholders whilst ensuring company values.
KOVI’s values:
