Due Date: Last Week of the Semester (Presentation + Report)
Belk Technologies is a consultancy firm, whose specialities are to design Management Information Systems. It comprises of five specialist members who have vast experience in there relevant fields. Belk Technologies assist companies who want to develop or acquire MIS, so that client can get what they want.
Belk technology has recently got a contract from V2 Enterprises (working either in (Groceries Chain (e.g. METRO), Five Star Hotels, fashion Goods, Real Estate, Pharmaceuticals or Motorbikes) Manufacturing Industry) who wants to deploy Enterprise wide MIS in Pakistan. V2 wants pre development consultancy from Belk technologies so that they can make focused development or acquiring efforts.
Belk technologies as per contract have agreed to complete the following tasks
1: To Conduct a Strategic Analysis of Industry and Stakeholder Analysis for MIS under consideration
2: Identify and Evaluate
a) Processes that should be automated.
b) Decisions that should be automated
c) Impact on different functional departments.
d) Integration with existing systems
3: Gather and document the MIS requirements and conduct Cost benefit Analysis.
4: Recommend Design and System Security Features that should be incorporated to meet the stakeholders and law requirements.
5: Recommend Ethical issues that the company needs to take care off and Risks involved to the project.
