As for how to tell 自動詞と他動詞. something を..... is 他動詞。 eg kaimasu. Tsukurimasu
他動詞 will be for something that is also nonliving … てあります for 自動詞 is words that uses other particles (で、へ etc such as 働きます) and movement verb movement verb is like kaerimasu, kimasu, hairimasu, hashirimasu
自動詞 also includes living things with the .... ています
However, although I said that movement verb is自動詞, you have to pay attention to the words in front. Eg 連れていきます、持っていきます。 These are他動詞 because you will normally use words like present を持っていきます。
Words like 立ちます is also 自動詞 because you will say いすから立ちます.

An accomplice is often present or directly aids in the commission of the crime. The principle of accomplice liability is based on the notion that any individual who aids, abets, encourages, or assists another person to commit a crime should share in the criminal liability that accrues under law. “Criminal liability is the legal responsibility for a crime against the state, making the perpetrator subject to prosecution in a court of law and punishment (wiseGeek, 2003-2013).”…

Alex was injured on the slopes at Bethlehem Ice Solutions (BIS) when he collided into Craig who walked into his path while he was skiing. The defense may argue contributory negligence but it is a fact that Alex exercised reasonable duty and care while skiing but could not avoid Craig. Defense may also argue assumption of the risk, however, Alex is aware that skiing is a dangerous sport that can inflict bodily harm but he exercised the proper caution while skiing and should not have to be subjected to obstacles and dangerous situations due to the negligence of BIS. The legal principle Causation – cause in fact - comes into play here because Alex would not have been injured but for the negligent actions of BIS.…

Causation refers to whether the defendant's conduct caused the harm or damage in a crime and it must be established in all result crimes. Causation in criminal liability is divided into factual causation and legal causation. Factual causation is the starting point and consists of applying the 'but for' test. In most cases, factual causation alone will be enough to establish causation. However, in some circumstances it will also be necessary to consider legal causation. Legal causation is when the result must be caused by a culpable act, the act of the defendant may not necessarily need to be the only cause, but must be more than minimal. Factual causation is established by applying the 'but for' test. This asks, 'but for the actions of the defendant, would the result have occurred?' If the answer is yes, the result would have occurred in any circumstance and the defendant is not liable. If no the defendant is liable as it can be said that their action was a factual cause of the result.…

When we were growing up, we would do something to a sibling or another kid at school knowing that the person would react to what you did. We would bug our siblings or kids at school knowing it would annoy them, but we did it anyway. Or we would not eat all our food on our plate and our parents would tell us we couldn't have dessert. All these things we would do are causes of cause and effect, when someone or something has acted to result into a situation. An example of cause and effect is from the book The Giving Tree by Shel Silverstein; when the little boy ask the tree for some branches to build a house, and the tree gives him branches to make his house. Every story has some sort of cause and effect in it. Like in Arthur Miller's The Crucible, John Proctor dies in result of his affair with Abigail, Elizabeth lying in court, and the ripping of his confession.…
