INTRODUCTION:

The Millennium Development Goals (MDG) are the worlds time bound and quantifiedtargets to eradicate extreme property in its moneyte extreme property in its money aspects – income poverty, hunger, disease, lack of adequate shelter. And Conclusion- While promoting the gender quality, education and environmental

sustainability. The MDGs are eight goals to be achieved half way to year 2015 that responds to the main development challenges. The MDGs are drawn from the actions and target contained in the millennium declaration that has adopted by 189 Nations and signed by 149 heads of the state and governments during the UN Millennium Summit September 2000.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
The researcher gave the attention of the government policies and programs regarding budget allocation in education as well as the family economic background. The participation rate of the children aging 6-11 in the Public Elementary Schools. In general the researcher wanted to know if the Millennium Development Goal is realistic of the high participation of children aging from 6-11 in year 2015.

This basically the answered the following question:
1. What is the level of participation in Primary Education in Brgy.334 Zone 33 District III Sta. Cruz Manila?

2. What are the factors or reasons why some of the children are not going to School?

3. What particular program and actions are being made by the government to achieve the MDGs of having high participation rate of children in Elementary School?

HYPOTHESIS

The level of Primary Education in Brgy. 334 Zone 33 District III Sta. Cruz Manila can affect the present status quo of Primary Education in the Philippines towards of the attainment of the MDG on Universal Primary Education.

SUMMARY OF FINDINGS
The data showed that there is a high primary education participation rate in Brgy. 334 Zone 33 District III Sta. Cruz Manila. It shows that every family one to two child or children is attending the primary school.

Majority of the Students are also studying in Public Schools, however many are still complaining for additional fees such as Book, Special projects, activities, The Parents of the children are also asking for less expense in School and for the Government to formulate programs for the improvement of the primary education.

In this study, the achievement of high rate of primary education in the Philippine is achievable in relation with the Millennium Development Goal (MDGs) of achieving universal Primary Education. Only the Government should focus on improving the quality of education in our country by providing the needs of the Students.

CONCLUSION

1. Level of Primary Education in Brgy. 334 Zone 33 District III Sta. Cruz Manila is 89.5% which means that there is very high participation in Primary Education.

2. The high level of Primary Education participation in the said barangays has perfect relation with the country’s Primary Education participation rate signifying that there is a big possibility of the attainment of the goal 2 in the Millennium Development Goal (MDG)
