Military Leadership Philosophy Statement
The purpose of our Battalion is to facilitate and conduct post mobilization training in order to

support mobilized units to successfully execute their deployment mission.

The Battalion will provide superior training that will increase the readiness of units going

down range and the training we provide will be instrumental in preparing these units to prevails

against the enemy , meet their operational objectives , as well as win the war for our country and

save American lives. We will prepare units for was by providing organized, well-resourced and

realistic training that will allow the units to focus on mission command, individual skills

improvement and certification. This will be accomplished through coaching, teaching and

also taking care of the Soldier’s families as well.

LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY

This is a summary of the leadership philosophy that I will apply during the time I will

spend Mobilized with the 1-364 Training Support Battalion.

My leadership philosophy is based on the premise of taking care of the Soldiers and assist

them to better take care of their families as well during the time they’ll be apart. As a Human

Resources NCO, our Soldiers rely on our knowledge, expertise in the HR field to process their

request, and their actions in a timely manner.

I believe in the Army Values you should, be loyal to your organization, to your Soldiers,

your duty should always be first, you should always treat others as the way you want to be

treated with respect. Integrity is the most important; always do what is right, even when nobody

is watching you. Do not forget that your Soldiers are always watching
