Mgt 311 Week 3 Individual Assignment
I am the middle child of three , I have a 16 almost 17 years-old brother and a three month old younger brother. I live in Brewster but have been going to Chelan school since I was in fourth grade. Over the years that I have gone to Chelan I have had many fun classes and we've done many fun activities. There has been many of different activities and they helped me stay more focused when we have to do our larger assignments. Some of my favorites were a debate we did in language arts it really helped remember important things. Also on different things I'll talk about later.

Like I had mentioned before, I'm a middle child. I currently live in Brewster and have lived there for about a year and a half. Before I moved to Brewster I lived in Chelan from my fourth grade year till three fourths the way through my seventh grade year. Before I lived in Chelan I lived in Mansfield from the ages of two till nine. From preschool to third grade I attended Mansfield school. But I would have to say I like Chelan so much more there is more academic and sport related activities to be involved in. Chelan is also a much bigger school and I have made many new friends which is also part of the reason why I didn’t switch schools when I moved.

One of the things I really liked was the debate we did in language arts. It was half of the class versus the other half of the class and the information we shared was helpful in writing the essay. I also liked the little animated cartoons, we made about

safety it brought what we were learning to live. I really enjoyed those things, but some of the things we did, I didn’t like as much was to read 50 books for the year. But overall the years I have gone to Chelan School it has been very fun. I hope this year is fun

We’re giving a scenario and we have to pick the right choice that will create the most value to the customers. The next exercise was the “case study” and we had to watch a video to answer the questions but I couldn't access the video therefore, I had to skip this exercise. The last exercise was the expected learning outcome, where we are asked questions based on the exercises we had. For example, one questions asked “ Explain the concept of marketing and it's important” and another question asked “Describe the marketing process” It was a good exercise it refresh our memory because sometimes we tend to forget the things we’ve read. . In my opinion, all the topics that were covered in the activity were very much helpful. My favorite topic had to be the creating value because for someone who want to start a business, needs to understand the needs of their…

I appreciate your acknowledgment of my leadership abilities by assigning me to manage a team for the new market segment that you are developing. After reviewing the employee evaluation of the two team members that I will be working with, I have decided to use the democratic and laissez-faire leadership style. The democratic style of leadership involves employees in decision making while delegating authority. The democratic leadership style uses feedback as an opportunity for training the employee. The laissez-faire leadership style lets the employee make decisions and complete the work in whatever way he or she see fit.…

In Lesson 1, the user is introduced to what Dreamweaver is, how to navigate it, and how to use its most basic operating features. Lesson 2 was more about how to begin creating a site and what it took to set one up. And in Lesson 3, the user was introduced to typography and images within the site. I can remember the day when I first went to school at victor harbor primary school. It was scary because I didn’t know anyone at all. The first couple to of days I was nervous and scared because I didn’t have much friends and I was still trying to settle into the new school. As I got to know a few people I got a bit more confident and started to do more things with the people that helped me around the school and became good friends with them. Their names were Jacob, Taylor and Boyd. Starting school at victor harbor primary in year 7 was weird for me because at my last school I started high school in year 7, so moving to victor harbor meant that I had to go back to primary school again. As time went by I made a few more friends and started to hang around with them at lunch and played some games with them. I was only at the primary school for a term but It gave me enough time to make some friends before I went up to high school.…

Club, which has taught me a lot of different skills, but the biggest skill that I feel most affected me in learning is taking action. Every year in H.O.P.E. we would decide what to raise money and awareness for a cause. My freshman year we decided to buy life straws for people in need in different countries. We got to witness how the life straws work by putting a lot of dirty water in a container and the drinking it with the life straw. During my sophomore year we decide to get a hydration station for the elementary and middle school kids. I really loved this experience because I still remember how excited the kids were to get their turn on filling up their canteens. It felt really good being able to educate the kids about recycling and using canteens instead of water bottles, so they use less plastic bottles. During junior year we raised money to help give a jungle gym to G3. This year we decided that we wanted to give money to make a well for people that have to walk miles just to get fresh…

In eighth grade it was a very fun year. I still remember my teacher Mr. Gonzalez who made my class so fun and interesting. He was by far one of the best teachers I’ve ever had. He was chill and laid back but at the same he taught us. He made us do free writing in a journal every day for two minutes. It was a great experience doing journals because it taught me how to think about a topic fast, and just start writing. By the end of the year I was writing three hundred something words in two minutes. It was a great increase from the begining from the beginning of the year.…
