Merger Of Mail On Wheels (MOW) Into Global Delivery Directs
Effective leaders are those that maximize the efforts of others towards the achievement of a goal. To establish and implement Global Delivery Direct system, there is a need to evaluate and enhance GDD's personal leadership skills. For the purpose of facilitating a smooth and efficient merger of Mail On Wheels (MOW) into Global Delivery Directs (GDD) culture, management position. The leadership theory and styles of each candidate will be compared. The relational leadership theory, a transformational style, and an approach that enforces the culture and vision are preferred in candidates seeking a leadership role at GDD. The vision for the organization is to increase customer satisfaction, and inadvertently, increase market share in the region.
