Mercury Retrograde: Significant Role In Life
Have you ever found yourself feeling left in the cold without a clue when a friend speaks up and says, “Great, Mercury is about to retrograde again.”? Me either. But it is a subject that has gained my full attention recently. I am by no means an astrology buff, but I know that Mercury is one of the planets that receive the most attention, at least from the little that I have read.
While the different planets, stars, and space in general has never been one of my top priorities, I do love research and decided to look into exactly what Mercury retrograde is and if it plays any significant role in life that I should be more familiar with. I have to admit, I was both surprised and intrigued with what I learned.
The more I began to read, it was

This includes the way we speak and listen, researching and negotiating, the way we learn and read, as well as the way we go about buying and selling. It is also believed that Mercury dominates agreements and formal contracts. Other important documents such as leases, wills, deeds, and so on, are also greatly affected by the planet Mercury. Astronomers will tell you that Mercury has domain over every type of code, such as shipping, travel, and transportation codes. Computer codes are also believed to be controlled by the planet, creating miscues within both official and personal computers throughout the world. It is not uncommon to experience several different kinds of IT difficulties during the phase of a Mercury retrograde. This occurs because according to astrology, anytime that a planet goes through a retrograde, the planet experiences what is known as a resting or sleeping phase. Because of this, while Mercury is napping, all of the everyday activities it controls do not benefit from the supervision of a wide awake planet, creating confusion all the way here on …show more content…
According to astrology, a period of retrograde is a horrible time to begin a new endeavor, regardless of the field it is in.
You should also reconsider signing any kind of a legal document such as a contract or a lease. Even agreeing to sign a contract at a later time during a retrograde can lead to failure and should be avoided like the plague. Regardless if what your signature is agreeing to, astronomers believe that as soon as the phase is over, situations regarding the matter will take a negative change.
Emergencies happen and some decisions can not be avoided. However, there is a fine line between an emergency and acting out of haste. If all this sounds like a reason for certain situations that have ended negatively throughout your life, you may want to spend some time finding out just when the next retrograde will be taking

Mercury is a deadly liquid poison that oozes out with a non-transparent, metallic glow. Today, mercury mainly comes from power plants that burn fossil fuel; primarily coal. As early as the 14th century, Mercuric chloride was used as a deliberate poisoning. Archaeologists have found mercury in Egyptian tombs dating all the way back to 1500 BC. The Egyptians and Chinese may have used cinnabar, which is the most commonly used mercury mineral, as a red pigment for centuries before the birth of Christ. Greeks also used mercury for medicinal purposes. When heated at 346.72 Degrees Celsius, mercury oxidizes in the air resulting in mercuric gas. At 500 Degrees Celsius, mercuric gas breaks down into mercury and oxygen, which led to the discovery of oxygen.…

Everyday, you make decisions that affect the path that you have taken, to different degrees, resulting in the current situation you now find yourself in. Chaos Theory reflects the fact that however small the decision may be, the consequences have the potential to be substantial. This essay aims to discuss whether these decisions we make are rational in the economic sense and reasonable in the lawyer’s sense and whether it ultimately matters?…

No one honestly can tell when an emergency is about to take place. But that does not mean no one cannot be prepared for it either. A couple days ago my best friend started choking on the school’s lunch. That could only mean two things, Walton County’s lunch is just as well dangerous as repulsing and my friend only had 5 minutes till she died. No one around her knew a way to help her. But there’s this thing called the Heimlich maneuver that solves the problem. The Heimlich Manuever is an emergency technique designed to dislodge food or other objects that may be blocking a person’s airway. Too bad no one knew it in time..but don’t worry she’s alive.…

In the Elizabethan times, they were very interested in the topic of astrology and they believed that the signs of the ‘Zodiac’ exercised a profound influence over human affairs and then that the men's fates and natures were governed by their own stars. Many prominent Elizabethans would consult astrologers before they decided to do anything important like setting off on a journey, organising marriages etc. Queen Elizabeth I placed a lot of faith in her personal favourite astrologer, which was John Dee, and she consulted him about the date of her coronation for example.…

A team of astronomers led by Steven Vogt of the University of California, and Paul Butler of the Carnegie Institution of Washington have found a rocky earth-sized planet that might be habitable (Haghighipour, Nader 2010). The new exoplanet called Gliese 581g orbits the red dwarf star Gliese 581 in the constellation Libra and it is the sixth planet that the astronomers have found around its star. Gliese 581g is about 20 light years away, which is roughly 117.5 trillion miles, rather close. The sun is around eight and a half light minutes from Earth (Stephens, Tim 2010). Scientists have found a lot of information about this planet and they have few reasons to believe that this planet can sustain life.…
