Mentor Observation

I wanted to let you know that because I was treated poorly at your Willoughby location, I went to your Mentor location and received the best service ever. I went into your Willoughby store where 3 employees were talking among themselves for a good 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged. When I requested a phone to add to our company plan I was informed that they did not have any at this store but no other option was offered. I left in frustration. This is a common occurrence at this location for me.

I called your Mentor location where Sam promptly answered my call in a friendly manner. I explained my dilemma. Sam checked and told me he had the phone in stock and would be happy to assist me if I wanted to stop in.
