Dr. Phil: Hello, Melinda

Melinda: Hello, I’m so thankful to be here today to share my story and thoughts.

Dr. Phil: So would you mind going ahead and explaining your situation, being all truth and no lies.

Melinda: Yes, I will try my best. So here is how my rape went down. I was at a party Freshmen year. I went with 4 friends, I’d prefer not to say their names. We were partying away and getting drunk. Dr: Phil: Hello, i’ve heard from Melinda’s story that you two were having some rough times during Melinda’s phase.

Ms. Sordino: Yes, we truly were. We had no idea what was going on with her. Her grades were always great and she always had friends and plans to do on the weekends. But not this past year. It was like Melinda was on mute. She wouldn’t speak.

Mr. Sordino: Yes, and due to this we started fighting and having problems. It was like our family was breaking apart. No one wanted to talk or converse anymore. We all kept to ourselves and fought about tiny and big things. Our life at this point was just a huge mess.
