Targets:
Decrease the number of people living on less than one dollar per day
Increase the number of people earning minimum wage
Decrease the income inequality
Reduce social inequalities
Improve and accelerate redistributive measures
Accelerate Pro-Poor specific services
Decrease the number of people below the minimum level of dietary energy consumption with a focus on quality of nutrition
Reduce the number of underweight and malnourished children
Increase focus on agricultural skills development
Ensure adequate subsidies and incentives to increase agricultural activities
Strive for national self-sufficiency in terms of food production
