McDonald’s vs. Burger King
The grass is always said to be greener on the other side. What if the grass is exactly the same with a few little differences in there? Would that statement be true for fast food as well? McDonald’s and Burger King have always been in a rivalry. Burger King and McDonald’s compete with their prices, food, and the way they appeal to children via spoken person or icon. Both wanting to be in the top it’s hard to distinguish a difference between the two. Nevertheless the feud between these two fast food restaurants is constant and never ending. Although the prices at each location may vary. Most fast food restaurants stay within the same price range as their fellow competitors. This way they will not lose any business to their opponent. Burger King and McDonald’s are no different. They both have similar prices in almost everything they sell. The only difference is McDonald’s prices are cheaper by almost $1. For example the price of a Big Mac at McDonalds is $3.99 while the price of a Whopper at Burger King is $4.49. Food tends to be the best reason for going to these fast food restaurants. McDonalds and Burger King are both fast food chain restaurants that specialize in serving burgers and French fries, but they cook their burgers differently. It is said that McDonald's fries their burgers, where as Burger King is supposedly known for flame broiling them. Nevertheless they both sell chicken nuggets, which are very favored by children; however McDonald's nuggets don’t have a shape, while Burger King's nuggets are shaped like a crown. Burger King also has fewer locations than McDonald’s. The burgers at both of these fast food restaurants are phenomenal. However the burgers at McDonalds are just a tad bit smaller than the burgers at Burger King. Likewise Burger King has bigger fries than McDonalds, they also offer onion rings. It could be assumed however that Burger Kings like to in a way take the ideas of McDonalds and attempt to make them
