ABSTRACT

This study sought to assess the impact of Internal Savings and Lending (ISAL) programme on the livelihoods of rural entrepreneurs in Zimunya. Rural people are known to have inferior livelihoods and Zimunya rural people are facing the problem of reduced households and community income. They cannot access basic facilities and services like education, health, clothing, balanced nutrition due to lack of success skills in life, business knowledge and access to financial support to run their Income Generating Activities (IGAs).
